Our facility was constructed in 2004 along Rt. 97 near the intersection of Rt. 97 and Main Street in Westminster, MD. The Carroll County Surgery Center is first in its kind allowing easy and local access to its facilities versus driving to a downtown Baltimore location or one of the surrounding counties.
We are proud to be recognized by the SPHA as a National APEX Quality Award Winner since 2010. This award distinguishes our surgery center as one of the highest performing healthcare entities among our peers.
